Two stages across two sessions. Stage 1 (Research Preparation): choose quick (4 questions) or detailed (10 questions) intake, then receive 2–5 tailored Deep Research prompts designed for your situation. You leave to run these through any Deep Research tool. Stage 2 (Data-Informed Exploration): return with your research files attached. The AI reads all reports, generates niche directions grounded in your research, evaluates each through a structured framework, presents trade-offs for comparison, and builds a validation plan focused on what the research could not answer.

How To Start

This recipe runs in two sessions. In the first session, you answer intake questions and receive tailored Deep Research prompts. You then run those prompts externally (using Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or a combination) and return for the second session with your research files attached.

STEP 4Run Deep Research Externally

This step happens outside the recipe. Run each prompt through your chosen Deep Research tool(s), save the reports, and return to this chat with the files attached. Using different platforms for different prompts often gives broader coverage. Take your time — good research is worth the wait.

STEP 5Stage 2 — Return with Research Files

Attach your Deep Research reports and let the AI know you are back. It reads all files, summarizes key themes and data points, and flags any gaps in coverage. Confirm the summary before proceeding.

STEP 6Evaluate and Compare Niche Directions

The AI generates 3–5 niche directions grounded in your research. You select 2–3 to evaluate through a structured framework covering audience clarity, problem significance, your fit, and knowledge gaps. After evaluation, a side-by-side comparison presents trade-offs with no scores or rankings — you decide based on evidence and judgment.

STEP 7Receive Your Validation Plan

For your chosen niche, the AI builds a validation plan focused on what the Deep Research could not answer: customer conversations to have, demand signals to verify, competitive reality checks, and a quick low-cost test.
