Common Questions

Can I cancel during the Beta if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time during the Beta. Since the Beta is free, there’s nothing to refund — your account simply closes. As long as Beta enrollment is open, you can rejoin and Founding Chef status applies to anyone who signs up during the Beta.
When do I have to decide about post-Beta membership?
We’ll send you the continuation details before September 1, 2026, when free Beta access ends. You’ll have time to decide whether to continue with your locked-in Founding Chef discount before any charges occur. If you don’t decide, your account simply pauses — no charges, your data stays.
What happens to my account if I choose not to continue after Beta?
Your account pauses on September 2, 2026 — no charges, no auto-billing, no surprises. Your account data and settings remain saved. If you decide to come back later as a paid member, everything is there waiting.
Will the Regular Price change before launch?
It might. The Regular Price shown ($10/month or $100/year) is currently planned but specifics are still being finalized as we approach 1.0. What’s locked in for Founding Chefs: 50% off whatever the published Regular Price is at launch, for the first two years. Your Founding Chef discount applies regardless of where the Regular Price lands.
