Turn AI Chaos into organized Craft
CRAFT transforms your AI chaos into organized, reusable workflows — no programming required.
Every time you open Claude, you start from zero. Last week’s prompt that nailed your analysis has quietly drifted by the time you open it again. The workflow you built three sessions ago? Reachable only by re-typing it from memory. Your most valuable work — confidential client strategies, proprietary processes, deep research — disappears at session end and takes the prompts that carried it with it.
Two weeks later, you can’t reproduce the result. The session that worked is unreachable. You start over.
What is CRAFT for Claude Cowork?
CRAFT for Claude Cowork is the methodology layer that sits on top of Cowork. Not a tool, not a platform — a file-based framework and a three-pillar discipline that turns Cowork’s raw capabilities into reliable, auditable, repeatable workflows.
Think of it as a recipe collection for your Claude work. Instead of starting from scratch every session, you build a library of proven prompts, workflows, and templates that work every time. Write once, use forever.
The Three Pillars
Built by a Practitioner
I built CRAFT because I got tired of losing my own work inside Claude.
My background isn’t AI. I’m a senior cybersecurity incident responder — Fortune 100 — and the discipline that made me good at that job is exactly the discipline missing from how most of us use AI. Production systems run on structured playbooks, audit-first reflexes, and multi-role validation. Claude work, in the wild, runs on remembered prompts and good intentions.
CRAFT closes that gap. The recipe origin project was built using the framework itself. Every session — 119 of them across the original project, hundreds more across the Beta — is reconstructible. The audit trail is the product.
This isn’t methodology I read about. It’s methodology I needed for my own work, codified so other serious Claude builders don’t have to invent it from scratch.
What Makes CRAFT Different?
Methodology Over Capability
Most AI tools sell capability — what they can do. CRAFT sells discipline — what you can do reliably. The features Anthropic ships in Claude Cowork are remarkable; they’re also primitives. CRAFT is the opinionated convention for composing those primitives so the work compounds instead of evaporating. The moat that survives platform convergence is not a feature list. It’s a way of working.
Production-Systems Thinking
Recipes are versioned. Confidence gates fire on every recommendation. Write-only backups precede destructive operations. Multi-persona validation replaces solo-review blind spots. No feature ships without documentation. Every override on a default gets logged. This is the same discipline that separates playbook-driven incident response from ad-hoc firefighting — applied to AI workflows.
Privacy by Architecture
Most complex AI tools ask you to trust them with your data. CRAFT takes a different approach: your prompts, recipes, and workflows stay in your own files, on your own machine, inside your own Claude Cowork session. We don’t store them. We don’t train on them. We don’t see them. When you control the infrastructure, every prompt is safer by default — and you can use Claude on the work that actually matters: client strategies, proprietary processes, sensitive research.
Built for Production Workflows
CRAFT is built for people whose Claude work is production, not experimentation:
- Operations and revenue analysts whose recurring deliverables — board decks, weekly dashboards, monthly narratives — the rest of the team depends on
- Researchers and document-heavy analysts whose output must hold up under review — competitive analyses, literature reviews, deep research synthesis
- Solo builders shipping serious work who can’t carry methodology in their heads — founders, independent practitioners, consultants on long engagements
If your Claude work needs to be defensible, repeatable, and reviewable — CRAFT is for you.
